Reservations

To make a reservation, please contact our Spa Receptionist or dial 6 in advance. If you have any health concerns, kindly inform our Spa team when booking. The Spa is open daily from 10:00-19:00 hrs.

Spa Arrivals

For your convenience, we recommend arriving at the spa at least 10 minutes before your treatment to allow time for changing and completing the registration form. Please note that arriving late may reduce your treatment time, impacting on its effectiveness and your overall experience

Health

Kindly inform us of any medical conditions or product sensitivities when making your booking

Security 

Lockers are available to securely store valuables like jewelry and mobile phones during your treatment, allowing you to fully enjoy your experience at AQUA SPA worry-free.

Spa Cancellation Policy

To modify or cancel a spa appointment, please inform our team at least 6 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice for missed appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Cancellations are not permitted for same-day bookings.
